I love me some supervillains. Not the type that break down heroes with truly evil schemes (eg. I have managed to torture and kill your true love). I'm talking about over the top cartoony supervilliany (eg. I'm going to clone an army of cyber cats to rule the world!)

So, I created my own over the top cartoony supervillain: The Evil Doctor Generico! (Mwa ha ha ha ha ha!) So how evil is this guy? Dude has an Evil Doctorate. So you know he's not playing around.
